FX Dreamline valve seat

So 5 shots in this morning, my dreamline .25 dumps all the air out the barrel. For some reason, I spent an hour rebuilding my huma reg 3-4 times before realizing it must be the valve.

With some hemostats, I pulled the valve stem and seat...and the valve seat oring is no longer intact - more of a C shape than an O!

While I see rebuild kits from bagnalls and cpt oring, I would really just like to find the size of this one oring and go buy some locally.

Does anyone have the size for this?

May have same problem, installed adapter, bottle started pumping and heard a rattle, disassembled and discovered the valve holder and spring had come loose, reinstalled reassembled rifle and started pumping got to about 1,000 psi and air started leaking, not sure from where. Got it disassembled again, but new to PCP's and not sure what to do next reached out to FX... see what happens.

Wimpanzee!

I had my DL classic do the same thing 2 weeks ago. A call to FX USA and a new pin and seat were sent to me under warranty. I sent this photo to FX USA and Brian said mine was the first one they know of in the Dreamline models with this failure.

New one on the left and the broken one on the right.

I call BS. They have known the valve seat is a weak spot. My buddy has a Dreamline tactical that the valve seat broke on back in September of last year. He contacted FX USA and they sent him a new valve seat and valve pin free under warranty. Their customer service was great but they have known about this parts issues.

You are correct, they did know about it from the early Impacts as I recall. FX didn't seem to learn the lesson even after Ernest pointed it out I guess. Hope the new one I got is the "new and improved" design.

Customer service was also fantastic experience.

They sent you the wrong part. I’ve changed many of those, if it doesn’t look like the exact same piece then it’s the wrong part. I can tell from the pictures it’s not the same, inform FXUSA of it and they will probably send you another free of charge under warranty.

I’d order 2 or 3 spares also..

The part number you need is 19060

I have new version of dreamline (after serial number 0101759). This model have longer valve pin( bigger inner plenum) but same valve seat. I had to replace 2 valve seats before i fired 300 shots! Both valve seats had damage on the cone where needle is closing air so they slowly start to leak air. FX should get their head out of their arses and fix this poop.
