I got a power plenum for my Dream line and noticed that it did not have a hole for the balanced valve to bleed to atmosphere. The air trapped in front of the valve will compress and restrict the valves motion. I'm going to drill one so it will be just like the factory intended on the regulator shown in this picture. Has anyone ever notices this before? And you do not need to install the aluminum spacer that holds item 70 in place. They made the power plenum with a small enough diameter to do that.
