FX Fx Drs classic 500 mm or daystatte Revere

Hi everyone
This question remains to be answered.
I like the looks of both.
Length is the same.Drs slightly more shoots per fill.
Accuracy was flawless from all the Fx's i owned and also reliability for me.
The price is also better for Drs.
But am looking at Revere for a long time now.
I don't have any experiences with Daystate but had not so pleasant one with it's sister firm Brocock.

From what I’ve read about the drs there are some problems and the power is pretty much on the same level as the revere. I have 2 reveres and think they are better looking and mine have been trouble free for 2 + years and both are very accurate. My vote would be revere.

They are UK 12ft/lbs, but I liked the .22 so much I bought the .25 for ratting. I'm hoping my stock will arrive next week.....

I can say the DRS Classic is not what one buys if they want the best, not that it is bad, but I have$250 dollar rifles that shoot better than the DRS by just a little.

I will say Revere... but I may be a bit biased.

I have 10 different pellets that all hit in the same spot out to 40 yards with this work of art. 28 fpe for 4 mags/44 shots.

Dime sized groups will all of them, even shot out of the magazine.

Here is my suggestion.

Do a search on the Daystate Revere and the DRS. Carefully review all the information on both.

You said, “ I am looking at the Revere for a LONG time now.”

Btw- AoA has a FIVE year warranty on the Revere.

You did not give requirements, but my response would not change.

Go with the Revere!

I own both, a Safari and a DRS walnut in .177, give the nod to the Revere. Build quality over making the same gun for 20 years is unbeatable. Both are accurate with the edge going to the Revere. Also both are nice and light.
