New FX DRS Tactical video is LIVE!
Lots of cool highlights in this video about the FX DRS and a deep dive into how the possibility of airguns getting adopted as actual military training rifles isn't so far fetched.
The FX DRS Tactical is more than just a new airgun that has an AR15 design—it’s a rifle that connects the past, present, and future of marksmanship training. In this video, we’re not only going over all the features and performance of the FX DRS Tactical, but we’re also taking a deep dive into why the M16/M4/AR15 platform is so important to me personally as a U.S. Army veteran and how modern PCP airguns could revolutionize basic rifle marksmanship training in the years to come.
As someone who served in the late 1990s to early 2000s, I had the opportunity to transition from the M16A2 to the M4 carbine, a shift that defined the modern battlefield for the U.S. Army and many other branches of the military. To honor that history, I built a custom FX DRS Tactical clone to closely mimic the M4 carbine I carried during my time in service. This isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about ergonomics, training applications, and a deep respect for the rifle that so many of us relied on in uniform.
