I'm curious how many Vet shooters (.25) have experimented with the FX Hybrid slugs? My current chrony numbers shooting the JSB 25 gr is about 865 fps. What's the best speed to shoot the 26 gr? Thanks in advance!

Never had luck with hybrid slugs in my taipan. These guns love running hot. If those slugs work it will be at 945-970 FPS.

My Veteran Standard with CZ barrel in .22 does not like the FX Hybreds in .217 . To tight to chamber. The .216 diameter works best in mine , and could shoot under an inch groups at 50y w NSA 17.5g . Not great but not terrible either. And that was shooting them slow at 800-850 fps , with it turned down for Hades at 900 fps.

Yup I bought some NOE sizers and was sizing down to .216 for my CZ barrel Taipan and RTI. Those showed the best results.

I don't have experience with the .25 but in .22 my Taipan Long with a 700mm barrel loved the Hybrid's...especially when pushed past to around 985 fps...lasers.
