FX Hybrids in 25 Cal Avenger?

Anyone shoot these in the 25 avenger?

I have 200 coming.... This is what happens when you ebay post glasses of wine. Would like to get a place to start for regulator settings. I don't like over driving the gun but want to achieve proper velocity to get decent downrange performance of the hybrid slugs. Is there a sweet spot for these in terms of FPS?

Eh, personally, I never liked them a ton in my avenger. I could get em up to 930+, but could never get the consistency I expected. I did not try to push them faster bc I didnt want to waste the shots for tuning it up higher. Mostly bc they're crazy expensive compared to some other slugs. 

My avenger did like 26/29gr nsa slugs and oddly I had a tune for polymags that worked well. 

I do throw the hybrids through my maverick though. Not much thought for that as that superior liner had the hybrids in mind when designed.

I have shot them accurately at 880, 910 and 935fps. I have always questioned the whole speeding them up to get accuracy. But you have a budget pellet gun with a pellet barrel. Pic a starting velocity and reg setting and work your way up. You have 66 tries to see if any setting shows potential.

What was the tune for the NSA slugs?

I tried some 26.8, 29.5 and 33 gr and in my .25 Avenger and couldn’t get a group tighter than 1.25” @ 35 yards

my reg was at 2500 psi and I tried hammer spring from 2 turn in to maxed out. Tried them from 800fps to 870fps groups stayed at 1.25-1.5” @ 35 yards

The best I’ve had with the FX slugs was 2” at 100 yds
