Does the FX impact carbon bottle fit on the crown. I bought the larger bottle from Talon Tunes and want to use it on my crown. Will this work.

I bought the 580cc fx carbon fiber bottle from Palm Beach Airguns, no adapter needed. Just screw the old one off and screw this one on perfect fit.

That's the new larger fx bottle. It comes installed with the valve that's why its $320. The one op mentioned is from talon tunes which is $215 and doesnt come with the valve. I believe talon tunes also sell one with valve for $330.

The 480cc bottles are interchangeable between the Crown, and Impact. I suspect the various Dreamline bottle variants as well, but I have no first hand knowledge with those.

I hadn't heard of these larger bottles. I was hoping maybe they were standard on the Impact Mk2, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Do they ship with any of the FX rifles, or is it just an accessory?

In the pictures on Palm Beach's site, the bottle does not look any bigger...in fact it looks smaller to me because it is just slightly longer but quite a bit thinner. Anyone actually measured them? It might be the camera angle that makes it look smaller; if so, they should get better pics, because I would not buy one based on what I see.

I don't know specifically of the FX bottles, but the Talon Tunes 580 cc bottle is 61 mm diameter, same as the 480 cc bottle. The length is different by about 20 mm longer for 580 cc. I think Talon tunes and FX and several other manufacturers source the 580 cc bottle from South Korea.
