Here you can briefly see the Impact .25 cal Canadian Edition.
There is no expandable shroud here. Silencers are not aloud in Canada.
The case is 34 inches long and you dont have to disable the barrel and the air tank.
This is something I appreciate.

Where did you get the impact from in Canada. The only FX dealer I know of in Canada doesn't list it on their site. Did the special order it for you?

This is the shroud it should have come with, not the telescopic shroud nonsense.

@GQ - are you able to remove the shroud and post the picture of the muzzle/air-stripper?

I was calling the extendable shroud that.

I'm assuming that this muzzle in this is the same as one in the Wildcat. You should be able to see that if the car can be removed.

Shroud should screw off but it has a loctite that would need heat to release.

I am personally satisfied the way it is set up.
For me there is no need for a silencer or so.
Precision matter not the noise out of it.

My point exactly. All Impacts shrouds should be setup like this of yours, instead of that extendable shroud. I have made mine like this as well.

I have baffled sections in there and it's a fair bit quieter (less crack as well) compared to the extendable shroud.

Where can I find baffle sections ? for my empty shroud 3.5 inches long .

3.5inches may be good for 2 equal sections. Ideal would be 3 sections, with middle section being smaller but 3.5inches is probably not enough for 3 sections.

I make my own sections with inserts (synthetic felt and ballistic nylon) for sound deadening material. Baffles are made by Air-fective Tuning UK (or any decent local) machinist.
