Tuning FX Impact Gone Crazy!

My .25 caliber Impact has been pretty consistent, reliable and accurate. My latest tune has had me at 877 fps average with ES from 4 to 7 and SD from 1.7 to 2.1 and grouping MOA or better at 30, 50 and (usually) 65 yards. I've been pretty happy with it! But lately that's all gone to hell in a hand-basket with ES of 30 or more, SD close to 10 and shooting as though almost every shot is a flier. I might get one fairly good group, then have a whole magazine that's all over the place, like 1"~2" spreads. I've made no changes to the gun since it was shooting great and the weather has been relatively mild - no drastic temperature changes, etc. I cleaned the barrel and got the same lousy results. I'm thinking about stripping it down to bare stock components and stock settings and starting completely over. Any suggestions are welcome.
Here's what I've got right now:
FX Impact M3 w/Power Block (not labelled as such but it's a 216 serial number)
600mm with stock STX Superior liner - all stock - with carbon fiber sleeve
Donny FL stock FX suppressor that came with the gun
FX Integrated Harmonic Barrel Tuner
Saber Tactical TRS Compact Top Rail Support
No internal modifications, no reg creep, nothing very fancy in the whole setup

Breech seal?
Gave the breech seal/pellet probe seal a visual inspection and it appeared to be okay - but went ahead and replaced it anyway. Got the ES down to 5 and SD down to 1.9! Haven’t target tested it yet but I’m guessing you may have solved my problem - many thanks!!!

I truly hope that is the fix, it's really nice when it is something easy! Fingers crossed...

O rings can look OK when they have taken a compression set and no longer do their job.

After you done the checklist, just a stupid comment for flyers...clean the liner as well.
Thanks - that's actually the first thing I did! I think replacing the breech o-ring resolved the issue - ES and SD back in line where they were before, now need to punch a few holes in paper to see if my groups go back to MOA.

Here's the first string with the new o-ring in the breech. Groups also went back to about 1/2" at 40 yards. Problem solved - thank you cwcarrera!

EXCELLENT! It would be nice if all our problems were so easily solved. Chip.
