FX FX Impact M2 reloading block shift while cocking

I have quite a headache with a used Impact M2 I bought recently. Yesterday I installed a new hammer spring and noticed a scratching sound while cocking the gun. I reinstalled the old spring and the problem still occurs. When I pull the leaver the loading block is sliding on the half way to the right and the reloading pin scratches the metal sides of the slot where the pin sits in. Also the barrel sleeve makes contact to the loading block and the gun wont cock anymore even the leaver is pulled all the way back. I noticed that there was a edge of the pull leaver missing right where it connects to the loading block, but I don't know if this explains the wobbling behavior of the whole block because there haven't been issues like this before. Did anybody had the same problem, or know whats going on here?

The edge on the pull lever is normal. Thats how they are from factory. As for the pin scratching the middle slot like that is not normal. Was the gun like that when you bought it? Or was it after you took it apart and install the new hammer spring? If you bought the gun from someone, should check if everything is working fine b4 messing with it. So you would know who's fault it is.

There are known issues with the gun but the problem in this dimension occurred yesterday after changing the spring. Actually one of the pucks came loose and sticking to the body of the action, but I reinstalled it right after. I made a photo from the other side of the block. The pucks look pretty worn and are almost at one level with the surrounding surface, shouldn't they stick out a little bit to avoid movement in side way direction? How much are they sticking out on a new gun?

I managed to track the source of the problem. The pucks on the bottom of the loading block (Cocking lever side) appear to be more worn off then on the other side. I put a patch of reflector tape on both pucks right hand of the loading block and now the cocking mechanism runs smoothly. Apparently the heavier hammer spring just intensified the problem due to higher tension applied. I will try to elevate the pucks to balance out the wear. Amazing how a tenth of a millimeter can have such a big impact on the functioning of the whole airgun...

Maybe I will try to fix it first myself. One is about 10 USD/EUR x 4 + shipping probably 50 (+ 2 on top of loading block). I wont pay almost 2 ounces of silver for 4-6 plastic nipples. I saw some POM/delrim rods in various online shops , might be an option to get a package of those in the right diameter and cut them in slices. Has anyone experience in this? That would bring down the price to a few cents per puck...
