To be honest I did not watch the whole video as it is very long. I skipped to some of the groups. To me it seems you have a barrel with lead fouling in it, because of the flyers, and maybe POI shift? Have you taken the barrel of the gun, and shined trough it with a flashlight? If there is lead fouling you will see it with naked eye, as you look at the light reflecting of the surface. It is important, ecpesially the choke at the end of the barrel, is all shiny. If you spot lead, you might have to use a bronce brush, before going true it with patches.
