FX impact M3 (.25) slug?

I’ve ran a tin or two now through my .25 FX Impact M3 (JSB 26.54 Pellets). Accuracy is great up to 125yds. Question is, I got the FX Hybrid 26 grain slugs and plan on trying those for further distance 150-175ish. I do not want to switch out to a heavy liner due to the fact I want to run pellets through it most of the time. So the heavier long distance slugs aren’t really an option. Who here has experience with the Hybrid 26 grain and is it a consistent slug? Also, what FPS seemed to work best? Is there a better light grain slug that works with the std liner 28-30grain maybe? I’ve used .25 cal hybrids in the past and they’ve done well. Look into NSA slugs

I’ll check them out, I need to tune it up to the 950 range for the hybrids if I’m not mistaken.

That liner is supposed to be good for up to 35gr projectiles if I remember right.

I have a 600 mm M3 and have shot the Nielsen 26 grain at 935-940 fps with pretty good results. Only shot them out to 50 though so I don’t know how they would do at long range.

I'm shooting 25 cal hybrids from my 700 mm M3. Very accurate, averaging 988. I'm going to fine tune them a bit when it's warmer. It'll probably end up closer to 950-960.

33.5 gr. Nielsen slugs -Standard 700 mm liner - FX Impact - Orange sticky is 1" dia. - 100 yds.
Never had good luck with the Hybrid 26 gr.

I have shot the FX .26gr Hybrids from 3 different 700mm liners.

The Slug Liner A 1:21 TR. Standard Superior Liner 1:24 TR and the  newest STX Slug Liner 1:16 TR.

They shot accurately out of all of the liners (sub moa)from 900 fps to 1100 fps with the best accuracy 960 to 1000fps.

I can’t speak for the impact but I’m sure they would do great out to 100+ yards. I was shooting the NSA 26.8gr slugs at at 1050 fps out of my airmaks krait X and they were well under moa at 100 yards

Awesome, thanks for the info. I’m going to try and dial them in this week. Have a few other brands coming. But I’m hoping that’s hybrids work out
