FX FX Impact M3 adjuster wheel Velocity reversed

Hello All,
just installed Slug power kit, Tung Hammer, power hammer spring on my FX M3, i believe i've done something wrong with the assembly but i don't know what exactly.
now the power wheel adjuster is working in reverse, Velocity increase when i drop from 16 to 1, in other words the highest Velocity now is on 1.
would like to Pin point the issues if someone has faced the same issue before and how to fix it.

You are likely over-driving your valve with the heavy hammer. What is your reg pressure? You will probably need to increase it quite a bit.

I would up it to 160 with that weight, but someone who uses that setup should chime in …
What are you trying to accomplish, I’m assuming heavy slugs?

34/ 40 grains, i am getting the speed i require at the moment 980fps, the issue is that i am getting it on number 1 on the adjuster wheel, while on 16 i drop down to almost 860, should be the opposite.

The tungsten hammer weight is way too heavy for almost everyone. You need really high reg settings to actually use it correctly, like 160-180Bar. And you cant do that with a stock rifle without blowing out the regs. My Impact is using the slightly heavier than stock Huma weight and spring and it happy with 150Bar. The tungsten is like 40% heavier than what I am using. Buddy has the tungsten in his M3 with front reg delete and a Huma high pressure rear reg set at ~170Bar and its still on the heavy side of happy.

@Scotty1 nailed it, you either need a lighter hammer weight or higher reg setting to make your system balanced. Personally I would find a lighter weight and get control over your rifle again. You will end up with a better shot count and extreme spread numbers, as well as allowing your parts to last longer.

You could try backing off your valve adjuster in front open it all the way about a turn and 1/2 to 2 turns past the 4th line on it if it doesn't help then yes the valve is being driven to hard

Like everyone has said, 145 bar isn't much and you have too much hammer weight. You can easily open that with a brass hammer or likely a stock hammer and heavier spring. I use a similar setup as you have now, but I am using a 35 cal and opening it near 190 bar. If you want to try a brass hammer, pm me your address and I can mail you a couple different weights as long as it is in the U.S.A.

You are over driving the valve like stated. Back hammer spring down to nothing and start there and work up. Depending on where you are at with your reg and projectile you are trying to shoot turned all the way down may still be too much. I believe these stupid power kits cause as many issues as they solve for people. One should see what the capabilities are of the stock gun before diving into the tungsten hammer and heavy spring. You have to run a very high reg pressure to run these items properly.
