help solve the problem. presses the ring at a pressure of 140-150 in regulator 2

Did you put silicone grease on the Oring before installing it in the regulator bore?

Did you install the piston/washers into the bore and then screwed the regulator body over it. It looks like it wasn't lined up with the piston bore at the bottom and that's why it did that to the Oring.

when the rifle was assembled at the factory the same thing happened at 150 bar
