I am from Pakistan. It will cost you DHL international shipping in addition to the cost of the part. So if you really need I would suggest to get some more parts too so that the fixed shipping cost could be distributed.

Well I just made my own....
Flame colored Titanium.. With the lower section has dual ball-bearing for smooth action.
The lower part is supported by two opposed 3x8mm ball bearings with a 3mm stainless allen cap screw to secure it
Also the small top hat part has small standoff for clearance of the bearing.
Now the trick to get this to work..
I use a small 3mm grub screw to secure the top hat part to the cocking lever.
It is small enough so the 3mm cap screw has enough thread engagement into the lever too.
Then I custom cut the 3mm cap screw so it will butt up against the grub screw.
Without overloading the bearings...

p.s. I also attached a small video of CNC cutting the slot into the Titanium rod.
