FX Impact M3. Magazine stuck.

I got the gun just yesterday. I read the instructions. Loaded up one magazine with FX ammo, and went out to check how loud the gun is. One shot. Then I had no more time so I wanted to take the magazine out and put the gun away until today. I am pulling back on the lever. All the way back. I click the small magazine release lever. The magazine does get released, but the top portion where it feeds, seams to be stuck. I guess the rod that feeds the bullets does not go back far enough, or a bullet is somehow stuck. I did not force it at all. I don't want to bend anything. I figured I will post something here and also e-mail FX.

Any ideas what do do with this?

Possible. But I was really being careful since I have watched a ton of M3 videos. Many ways to damage the gun. So I was really slow. So I don’t think I moved the lever. But I did walk around with it holding it by the barrel pointing up, while the gun was hanging down vertical. That could have moved the pellet a bit. I probably should have taken the magazine out right as it was still on the table.

your carrying it around buy the barrel? thats not good.

Normally I don’t either. But I was walking through the living room with kids and adults in it. I did not want to point it down to the tiles and also did not want to raise it high because of the door. I was sure it was not loaded but in the military they beat gun safety into you and I am just not familiar with this thing. Loaded or not. Barrels point away. Though thinking about it now. Probably not a good idea with the pellets and this plastic magazine.

Unscrew the barrel retaining set screw and take the barrel out. Should help.
I got an answer from FX and exactly what you have told me. TY!

"In speaking with our technicians, they advised to remove the barrel by loosening the 3mm screw on the side of the rear block, The magazine should then come loose. A pellet might be stuck halfway through the magazine and into the barrel.

Thank you and have a great day."
