I bought a FX Impact M3 after some research to get a high customizable airgun with good accuracy and power. It’s a .22 cal sniper model (700mm barrel).
My goal is to fire heavy slugs with great accuracy. I bought some parts to upgrade: power block, STX superior heavy liner, slug power kit, tungsten hammer weight, barrel tensioner kit and a 300 bar bottle. I did all the upgrades at once, but at the end I couldn’t cock the airgun at some high spring tension settings at the hammer; 13 and above, bellow that point everything works fine.
I tried to move the hammerseat a bit to both sides without success. By the way, I carefully place it 6.5mm from the surface (with rear macro power adjuster at 8, also did it at 1).
I also tried to adjust the trigger, both the first stage travel and the second stage break almost in every way it’s possible without success.
After that I removed the impact sprintholder and the trigger system. I was able to watch the triggersear moving while pulling the cocking lever. I noticed that with the rear macro power adjuster at the highest settings the triggerseat didn’t move while the cock lever at full back position (you can see it at two attached pictures). Can someone help with this issue? Any ideas?
I also fired a shot with the cocking lever partially open, maybe I caused some damage. If that is the case, how could I check it?
I don’t have technical assistance near me, so that is not an option.
Thank you
