Tuning FX Impact M3 Slug Power Kit

Slug power kit isn't really any power kit at all. Ted always made a video talking about it. You can achieve the same result by lining up your transfer port to the pellet prob port. This slug power kit is just advertising. I own one and it boosted my fps by like 5fps. Lmao. I wouldn't call that power kit. Also matt from Africa talks about how good it is cause you can adjust the depth of the pin probe. While that is true you can adjust it, it makes the mag doesn't cycle correctly and get jams when you try to cock back your gun. So imo the adjustment depth is trash.

Here is Ted's video. He explains about the slug power kit at 3:40.

This is what fx advertising it as in .25 cal, 50 to 80 fps more. Lmao. No, that is not true. I bought it thinking I'm gonna get at least 50 fps using the same pellet in my .25 cal. Not even close. I got like no more than 5 fps more. So yeah save your money.

If I am shooting Diabolo pellets only - no slugs - would the FX Impact Slug Power Kit benefit me at all? Upside? Downside?

No it won’t. The upside? You get to spend money on trinkets for your gun. The downside? You waste time and pellets only to have the parts wind up lost in your toolbox somewhere. The slug kit is beneficial but most guys will never know they need it or certain components in the kit until they get to a certain point. On both my Impacts with probes perfectly matched to the TP I only saw +10fps with a pin probe. That my friends is not worth the aggravation of a pin probe over the stout stocker. The only thing that I feel is a joke is the claim of controlling your seating depth. You can if you turn your gun into a single shot. So their claim is not totally misleading.
