FX Impact M3

It depends on what you want. Do you want the rail scope to be able to slide back and forth for eye relief? Do you want to be able to adjust the trigger for match competition and hunting. Do you want slots cut into the gun for easy access to quick tune the trigger and change out the probe. Do you want a more solid and ridged gun? Do you want the level to lock in place when you cock so doesn't keep sliding back and double load? Do you want to get rid of the extra 1st reg cause it will cause leaks, slow refills, problems in the long run? Do you want a the brass piston reg over the plastic that comes with the m3? If you can answer those then it's worth getting the m4. If you don't care about any I said above then go with the m3.

If I was in the market for an Impact Id try to get the best deal possible on the M3 closeouts. The M4 has some great upgrades but I dont think its worth the extra money personally. Keep an eye on Bullet Central, they had new M3s for ~$1450 a couple weeks ago.
Naw. It was during black Friday. Many of us tried their stupid code and it didn't work. If I remember it was like $1690 for the m3. Not $1450 cause code didn't work. If you go look at that thread. Many members said the stupid code didn't work for them either. So yeah, $1690 plus tax.

Yeah man you're absolutely right, it's good to have all those features, but again is it wore the extra $$$ ?
Have not really had any need for all those features with my MKII either.

No, there was no code and I personally saw the price. That was the third time I saw M3s in the $1400s on BC no codes needed. I know the thread in question and I realize most people never saw the best price as it was only up 2-3 days.

I’m not bragging so please don’t take it that way. Just stating facts. I could replace my three M3’s tomorrow with one phone call. But I didn’t and won’t. After owning six Impacts, I know what they truly need. And it’s not fluff. When or if they truly make the gun better, then I’ll buy another one. Convenient updates are one thing. Making the gun better is another. They didn’t check that box with the M4. The only true upgrade on the M4 is the thicker backbone. But that’s subjective. Two of my three Impact sluggers don’t have a thicker backbone. They don’t need it.

There is no right or wrong choice when having to choose between a M3 and M4. The right or wrong choice simply is do you really want to live the FX Impact life.

Seem like you already know what you want.

No you are wrong. there was a code. It was posted in the thread. You might want to get your eyes check lol. I was there during the sale when it was posted. Many tried and said the code didn't work. The code is welcome10.

I dont want to argue and I dont appreciate you telling me I was wrong about something I saw multiple times first hand with my own eyeballs. If you want to call me a liar, call me a liar. This was before the code sale. It was before the actual black friday sale. It was not the first time. Check your eyes and re-read my post, this was the third time I saw M3's in the $1400s as the listed price on the BC website. There was no code to use at those particular times.

You dont know what you are talking about plain and simple. And I expect them to list similar sales/clearance prices during the end of the year sales we normally see. I didnt make the number up out of thin air, and neither did the OP of that thread. Just because you didnt see it doesnt mean it never happened. Expand your horizons and be open to unkown possibilities young grasshopper.

Impacts are good guns, I've had a few. Depends on what you wanna shoot. For slugs, id go with the M4. Big plenum, lots of power.
For pellets, id go Mk2 or M3. The Mk2 is the one I keep because it shoots pellets great. The M3 can help if you really shoot loe 2nd reg pressure. But it's not mandatory. The power plenum or 720 on the mk2/m3 are plenty for pellets.
My mk2 properly tuned will shoot with any pellet rifle made. I traded off my m3.

Thanks for responding, i agree my MKII .30 Cal shoots 44.75 pellets great and after fine tuning it, is very accurate. Never had an M3, and also never had any Experience with slugs but what you just said with the bigger plenum with regards to slugs it for sure makes sense more power to move the heavier slugs. Thanks again.
