FX Fx impact m4

Has anyone had quality control issues with their fx impact m4. I bought this less than a month ago and I noticed the grip was moving. I took it off and the hole was boogered and the bolt that was holding it was to short. I put another grip and it tightened up no problem. Then I bought a new saber tactical bag rider and took the side plates off and noticed the holes weren't drilled center. Contacted Utah airguns and wouldn't warranty the parts. This is a shame to spend over $2k and won't stand behind their 3 year warranty when this is clearly manufacturer defects.

I noticed stuff with my M3’s that was pretty sad. It’s almost like they should have put a note in with each gun.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for purchasing a FX product. Disassemble it immediately and put it back together properly and in spec before shooting.
We are currently developing a tool kit that allows the owner to service his Impact before use. They will be available to consumers about the same time as our Halo slugs.

I saw this video just recently.

Good luck with that. They have been on here for 10 years and only have a whopping 32 sent messages. I was going to get a m3 from bullet central, but I'm not after hearing their replies on the DRS announcement.
The guns that you have not much of anything to worry about are the m2 amd m3. For some reason, they have a cluster f*** of issues with the glorious M4

Thats fine and dandy, but if youre going to pay for ads on here, and show off products. But wont help in forums. Im not into that style of customer service.

I would be blowing them up over this.

I saw that video recently before I bought mine. I thought maybe he got a bad one or something but guess I was wrong.
Well that definitely sheds some light on things. The information about the gun is out there. But their marketing is just so strong that guys rationalize a way to ignore the negative stuff. So now it’s time to pay the piper and fix it or get it fixed.

There are lots of threads about defective guns on this forum. Not just FX. Don’t see many replies from Mfg’s or dealers.
I agree I would be on UAG like ugly on an Ape about this. They are the US Distributor and this situation if it all proves out lends credence to my claim that we were all better off with FX USA. Guy who ran it was a crook but FX was a stellar example of how customer service and support should be done. Not so much anymore.
Just a final note. If I were a dealer or mfg I would not insert myself into conversations on a forum. It is a recipe for a mess of unparalleled proportions.
I think voicing your concerns over quality and service issues would be better served in the vendor feedback section. Maybe the sellers and makers watch that rather than the rest of the forum?

What about the poor sucker UA sells that returned M4 .22, at full price? They got me with "new" full priced customer-returned Taipan Veteran, no more UA or FX for me. WM

For every daystate/BRK, RAW, and others. There will be like 10 for FX. You can go on reddit and see firearm dealers and companies help the best they can over the internet.

Understandable
You haven't been paying attention to this forum. We rip them as necessary.
I have, I've done it too, I just mean it would likely work better if we actually tagged them. This is the largest airgun website in the world as far as I know.

That is sad.
