FX impact MK2 slug shoot

Hello everyone
My frnd has FX impact MK2 with STX barrel in.22 cal.
The regulator is on 122 bar and the fps are 970 on 22gr slugs
Hammer on minimum and,now the question is for impact users that can we shoot that slugs on that condition or we have to make some changes, plz guide guys

If it is shooting consistent tight groups at the distances you plan to shoot it, there is no issue. You are not pushing the gun hard at all.

Okay sir i was just afraid of harmonics, because the regulator power is less,only 122 bar, but if i increase th reg power then the fps goes higher on minimum also,
Ok sir i check it on 100 yards group results

I'm running my MK2 at 150 bar without issue for 2 years now. Tuned for a quick hammer strike with a quick opening and cclosing of th e valve. A quick powerfull brust of air to get the slug/heavy pellet going . Than tuning the valve for air efficient.

Sounds like you have a little too much hammer force if raising reg pressure raises velocity (in context of efficient tune). I had the same situation at minimum hammer adjustment. Check the bumper between hammer and C1, could need new o-ring or an extra one if you’re feeling adventurous!

Hammer is at 15.50mm with power wheel at max. valve is at 4 line with the valve seated at about 5.2mm.
Does have the FX slug kit installed without the spacer with included valve spring. 8,5 gram hammer weight and heavy hammer spring from HumaAir.

Viking Airgunner has a video tutorial with the same meathod I use to tune my impact.

KnockOut .217 or anything in 25gr. It love 25 grs..
