3 shot isn't a group. Try 10 shots. People still do 3 shot groups? Ted said even 5 shot isn't really a group. Cause people will keep shooting there 3-5 shot group till they get tight groups and say that's what their gun can do. Really, it's not. A real group is one that is repeatable. I watch many of Ted's videos. He never do under 5 shot groups anymore. 10 is the min. A real group is one that is repeatable. Not by luck with few shots.

I'd be blown away with a 3-shot group at that range with slugs. Keep up the good work Bob and thanks for being willing to share your techniques.

I have 2 possible choice to make next tax refund ... Impact MKII or EdGun Matador long in .25 thanks for sharing the info Bob_O well EdGun ur move
I went for the edgun first for reliability and being somewhat new it airguns. My next will either be another edgun or impact. I honestly love the simplicity of the edgun but have never tried slugs or 100yard groups. I usually get dime sized 9 shot groups at 50. But bob would easily outshoot me.

40 grainers hu ? That's a big slug in .22
Got me thinking maybe I need to try something like 40 or 45 grain in my power tuned Cricket .25 it shoots pretty good with 34 grain the heaviest I've tried. But just maybe heavies would be better.
Hay Dale looks like I'm going to need more slugs!!!!! Lol.

You have seen my 7 shots group at 114 yards with 18 grain jsb from my RAW at 950 fps.
I stopped at 7 shots as wind started a bit.

You should shoot 10 10 shot 100 yard groups and post them up. That will give us all a good representation of the accuracy these slugs are capable of.

If you buy the slugs I'll do it. Just send payment to D-RIG and he'll get them to me. I'll need 200....100 to tune and 100 for groups.
