FX Impact / Repair Center Troubles

I purchased an FX impact from air guns of Arizona on Oct 25, 2017. It shot excellent for 3 to 4 months before experiencing what I was told was a creeping regulator. I had to send it to North Carolina repair center which they had for several weeks before returning with no documentation of repairs. I called North Carolina and talked to the actual repair man who had no record of me or my rifle, after I explained what the problems I was experiencing was he said that he probably changed all seals and valves necessary. Very unprofessional to say the least. Unfortunately I am now experiencing the same problem and will have to return it to the service center. Hopefully I have better luck with the repair and customer service. Anyone else experience a similar situation with FX?
I'll be contacting N.C this morning for return instructions.

Thank you JKing for the information, I'll save that.
Being under warranty, FX should be doing the repair free of charge.
But if this condition is what appears to be an inherent condition of an engineering design flaw, I would hope FX would take appropriate measures to ensure changes such as your detailed instructions are on fixing the problem.
So the question now is, if they don't address a change, is this a problem that will reoccur every few months???
Oh and by the way, FX N.C. opens at 9 am M-F, I called at 9:10 am, left a message, but had no response. Then I remembered that I had to call for several days before they got back to me when I sent it in the last time. For such an expensive product line, I'd think that customer service would be better.

My impact has been in shop month tomorrow. Got a call yesterday from kendal. Said he had it fixed. (Just started on it last tues. 3 weeks sitting in wait.) I hope its right? I appreciate the time and detail to get the job right (i hope)

However, i think im done with FX . Ive got wildcat and impact, had trouble w/ both. My wildcat has a problem now . Out of warranty of course. I won't be putting any more money in them. I think you can get good shooting guns for 1/2 the e money.

Keyman62421, I also have an FX revolution and it's had it's run with problems such as won't cycle. I fixed it already but that's because i have time and the tools. FX referred me to a service center here in the US. They only charge $69 to work on the trigger mechanism, but the parts to be replaced? expensive. with shipping and wait time who knows how long. it could be easy $200. nah.

Now, what's wrong with your impact and wildcat? lmk if you want to let em go. ^_^
