FX impact shroud length

I was hoping someone would be willing to measure their 500mm impact shroud for me. I need the length of it.

Is that 6.25" the length ahead of the barrel muzzle; or the total length, Vetmx?

Length of the aluminum tube is 6 1/8”.

Precisely, the OAL of the shroud with caps is 6 5/16”
