The barrel set screw on my impact would loosen after 20 shots or so it was really bad. My accuracy had been diminishing each time I shot it since I got it outta the box. Day one accuacy was insane one hole at 50 but up till just now it was hard to shoot 1/2 at 50 extremely hard! But I put some thread sealer tape on barrel set screw it's very snug doesn't loosen after 2 tins of shooting. Accuacy is completely restored!! Just wanted to put this out there for others if your having the headache of a problem I've had for the past 2 weeks!! I'm so happy guns shooting so stinking good!!

Have you tried putting an o-ring in the barrel set screw, it works perfect, mine doesn't move at all also you can mark the head of the screw with tape so you know how much you can turn the screw without over tightening it, which might cause POI problems.

I've tried thread tape before going with the o-ring mod. When I switch barrel I have to clean out the old tape each time and use new thread tape.
