Hi, do anyone have a problem on their trigger sear, mine i already changed 2 times within 2 to 3 years , anyone have the same problems.. ??

Most likely the Hammer Spring was maxed out and the sear was catching on bare minimum.
Inspect your Hammer, the edge shall not have radius

The Sear Roll on the M3??
The only Problem I have with all my M3s... the Geometry..
I have recut them ....to add a 3 degree to the sear... for a cleaner break......

After u cut the wheel, is it still functioning , still cocking ?The Sear Roll on the M3??

Yes!!!
When I did the Undercut I eased up to the sear edge!!
So I didn't overshoot it...
After you do any trigger work you always perform a full safety and function test!!!!
So I thoroughly tested my trigger... No problems..

I have over 20K shots in mine MK2 still the original. I have replaced the Hammer ones because I saw wearing the edge.
Next time I take the gun apart I will inspect the conditions.

No problems with my Hammer Catch Lever...
I have been using a uprated hammer spring without any problems.
The Hammer Catch Lever is in fine shape, the edge is still clean and sharp...since I stoned it with a diamond hone....

I need to change the sear again, before 20k pellet i have changed 2 times already, the hammer is from the power plenum, do you think it was the hammer, i will try fit the original again lets see if is fix or not.

You aren't explaining what is causing you to believe it's the sear. Have you put a bit of lubrication on the trigger components? Silicon doesn't count as a lubricant.
