I have heared that you fill the FX Impact with pressure between 200 and use it untill 100, will it damage it if i keep using it untill the pressure gets really low untill 30 ? i am using .22 calber

different question: why would you want to use to down to 30 bar?
If you shoot it regularly at a low pressure there is an increased chance in damaging the valve and it's assembly so it's advised to keep this to a minimum, only if there is no other option left...

Valve damage. Think about it for a second. You run the pressure that low, gun is WAAAAY off the regulator and then you allow hammer to slam into a partially supported valve.

That's probably why I heard on some video if you need to adjust the regulator down "remove the air tank, turn the power wheel to MIN, THEN cock and shoot a time or two".
