Fx impact valve stem oring

It seems like that the groove on the valve is to deep, because they are using the same oring (1,5x1) on the royal models and i dont't know what the next oversize oring you can get, haft to contact Fx and ask i they got a fix for this problem!
I tried severel times to get the right amount of teflon tape into the groove, but 2 or 3 times around the valve is enough and push it down with your fingernail.
Maybe clean the valve with so alchol so the tape gets a better grip.
It is just a temp fix but know it is not hurting my ears and i get a better shotcount :)

I'm assuming you mean the reg. gauge on the bottom of the rear breach block, honestly I didn't look at between shots, and I don't have the gun in my possession right now to check it out. I received the gun with the reg. needle reading just over 150 bar, I have noticed that depending on tank pressure the reg. gauge will fluctuate from a little below to a little above 150 bar, but I haven't really established any predictable relationship at this point. I just noticed that when there was like 10-20 minutes since the last shot, the next shot would always be low on the chrony. When I do get it back I'll be a bit more cautious in my observations to isolate issues and character flaws of the gun, I don't want to jack your thread, thanks for the input, I know where to find you if I get jammed up. Just a thought, when that thing goes back together, all of those barrel support bores need to be in perfect alignment, on the same axis, it would be ideal to have a precision ground arbor to slide in place while tightening all the screws, at least that's how I'm going to do it. Thanks again, holler!

"travels4fun"My Impact came without a breech o-ring straight our of the box, Thankfully,I had some spare breach o-rings left over from the time I owned a .25 Wildcat.
Nothing reguarding FX QC surprises me anymore, the list is getting longer.

Maybe i should start to pray the one i ordered is not comming in jan/feb, but postponed to summer and hope all this bullpoop is sorted. Too bad.

Yeah it was only the valvestem o-ring the gun works great now.
Mine came too with no breech o-ring!
Jep the QC is not good enough:-(
But the gun it self is ingenius when the hickups are done ;-)
I totally agree. I can accept the hiccups and went in knowing their would likely be some which any early adopter should be wiling to accept.
