Here are the ten ordered in December, which arrived Saturday from Poland. Have not had time yet to fiddle with them, but should be able to perform an FX Impact install some time this week. Oddly enough the dot matrix ink code on the back of each gauge indicates they were made "03/17"... THEY'RE FROM THE FUTURE lol :) ;

Finally installed them.

Had waited until I could address the required bushing for the rear gauge... however... my Impact did NOT need one.

Both WIKA Gauges fit and seal perfectly front and rear in my otherwise stock FX Impact with their original gauge seals left in place. Literally took under 5 minutes to remove tank, un-thread both gauges (removing rear one relieves regulator pressure) and thread in replacements.

Perhaps the older ones had a thinner bushing?? In any event the body of the WIKA Gauge fit the front with zero drama as others had indicated, and the rear (fully tightened) had about .032" space between back side of gauge and the FX cover plate at that spot.

I got mine. Thx.

I filled my Impact to 250 bar according to the FX bottle gauge. I took off the old gauge and installed the Wika which when tightened is upside down. It looks like the FX was off about 30BAR so I filled it up to 250 BAR. My bottle gauge and the large fill tank gauge register the same pressure now.

I don't think the regulator has enough clearance to tighten completely and I'd like to have the bottle gauge upright. Any idea what I would need to do that?

At first I thought my reg gauge did not have enough reach, until I realized the stock gauge body actually went below the circular opening in the plate. Realizing this it became apparent (on mine anyways) that the small diameter portion of the WIKA gauge's backside will go below flush, while the largest part of the gauge diameter back side remained away from the plate when fully tightened. Meaning the ONLY part of the WIKA gauge touching is the opening at the threaded end against the seal and the threads themselves. You should be able to see daylight from the side between the plate and the larger portion of the WIKA's back face. As for the reading orientation, mine are both off too. The bottle gauge is actually off by more than 90 degrees. The reg gauge on mine was sort of close.

You could make a shim washer to time it up... but that adds two surfaces to the pressure containment, which is why I just left mine as is.
Can you upload a side view picture of your reg gauge showing the gap (if any) between its stepped back-side and the FX cover plate?
Mine had a .032" feeler-gauge gap when fully seated.

EDIT;
Regarding dial orientation...Dawned on me that FX may have a threaded gauge fixture that determines how far off the gauge face would be, which points out what thickness spacer/seal to drop in. This may account for why some WIKA gauges WILL seal, and some appear not to. Mine having a delrin seal that was thick enough to allow the WIKA gauge to fully seat without any additional fitment??? Just a guess.
