After asking for help on this forum to set up my King .22 with JSB 18.13 gr and following the recommendations of the forum members, I have to say that it was a resounding success. The rifle was easily shooting 870 Fps very consistently.
After that shooting session, the rifle was stored in its case for almost a month, as for work reasons I am not able to shoot as much as I would like. When I shot again, I found the air tank almost empty, I refilled it and did another shooting session and when I was done I refilled the tank to observe again a few days later to check for leaks.
A week goes by, I notice that I have an air leak again, I search the forums for information and find a video on how to detect leaks and I start the search process and find a minimal leak from the loading pin and a more severe one from the end of the barrel.
Now the question: I have only shot about 400 pellets, sending the gun to the dealer to claim the warranty is quite annoying due to the distances and shipping and waiting times, and it also involves a fairly large financial outlay.
How serious is the fault? Is it easy to repair for a less handy person or is it better to make the financial outlay and send the rifle to the technical service. I leave a video, and of course, thank this generous community in advance and I can only wait to solve this problem that has kept me awake at night.
