I agree! I've liked the King since it was originally released, but wasn't a big fan of the GSR Stock, and even less of a fan of the price tag! Good to see FX fixed both!

Damn finger grooves. Why does everyone think they need finger grooves on stocks. Smooth grip fits eveyone. Finger grooves only fit some people.

Guessing they did this because hardly anyone was buying the 24-2500 dollar king but that stock has a face only a mother could love.

That stock design looks: Very boring, very functional, and very rugged. That gun would be a great tool. Not so much a show gun.
I wish I had 10+ FX rifles. I only have 2, and they never get shot because I have too many guns and no free time.

Let me guess, still no provisions for a rail underneath. They could had easily molded in inserts on the forend. Looks like they want you to keep buying bottle clamps...

Lmao….def inbreeding. I think the platform just isn’t very conducive to the traditional stock/rifle look. Even the grs stocked ones just don’t quite look right. Guess we will see if this option will spark some king sales. I suspect this is the only reason fx did it.

FX guns scare the hell of me. Not only the $$$$ but the accessorizing that tends to follow .... guess that happens w/all of these "Devil's toys" . I agree that this version is a lot more field friendly though and yes I'd forgo the finger grooves for some some good stippling .

Right! Why didn't they use the same butt plate as the crown currved and canted way better and add sling studs so you can mount want you want to so easy and so silly this didn't do this

I may be the odd one out here. But I really like the look. Rugged, Durable, Powerful.
I do agree with the others on the finger grips. Not a fan of that. My luck it wouldn’t fit my hand.
