Depends on what you want to shoot mine was cranked up with just a 500mm it was at 150 1st reg 110 second reg just under max on power wheel and the valve adjuster was on like line 2 18 gr was running 930 fps so with longer barrel I'd drop down to 90 bar if your going to use 18 gr it won't be exact but it would give you a starting point
