Fx magazine spring specs needed.

"Bound up" how exactly? They're pretty easy to fix. Depends on how tightly it's wound. Can you explain more succinctly?
The spring is squashed, the coils are one on top of the other. I tried to place the spring into different 4 slots and I can't feed the last half of the pellets. It doesn't cycle and I have to give it a tap to get the wheel to turn and get the pellet into position.

I tried to lossen and tighten the hex screw, same result.

This mag has been with me for more than 5 years, I think. Since the fx Dreamline first came out.

I'm not feeling spending a 100 bucks for a mag if I can fix this.

@bowopt
There are a number of mags that fit the Dreamline for much less than $100
I have tried, and can recommend these 3

I imagine other members will chime in as well

Hope this helps

I collected 3 mags since 2020 and one - the oldest - was making me trouble in life.
Back about 2-3 years ago I got couple of these new springs from my local FX dealer.
The "original" springs got an update along the line.

No need to spend $ on other mags the FX is working just perfect ... eventually with some tweaking ....
And in my eyes the FX molded mags looks more cosmetically pleasing as well, that those 3d printed looks like made with chisels.
