I

Hwy y’all here is my 26 cal Maverick. I have and ES of 32 fps. Should I be worried about getting it closer to 20 or 15 fps. This was measured with the FX Charnograph. My current tune is: Reg 1- 140. Reg 2- 105. Hammer wheel on 7 and IHS 5.5 mm. I mirrored it to one of Steve’s (AEAC) tunes. Only difference is his IHS was factory ans his fps was 19. Oh ammo is nsa 29 grain.

That spread seems high, but I also see that your shooting is roughly 6 seconds apart. Is your plenum recycling with each shoot or is it cycling every other shoot.

Remember too that each rifle is unique and you may need to tweak your reg pressures a touch to get that spread lower and more consistent. You may need to raise the second reg just a touch so your not over stressing the system, in other words it's working too hard to meet your desired results.

The plenum refills after every shot. I was thinking of 2 things to try. I’m only using 1 rubber band to secure charnograph on the barrel instead of 2. Thinking it may be moving when I shoot. Then I will put IHS back to factory and adjust up as needed. Also thinking instead of 30 bar differences I may go 35.

This is, to some, the fun part of tuning and to others the frustration with tuning. Keep having fun while you try to figure it out and it will happen.
If you are hearing it cycle and can see on your gauge that it's at the same point I would think it's not a cycle issue but maybe a pressure issue. Start with your initial idea and then I would just increase the reg pressure on the second reg by 5 bar. If you watched Aeac video he went with a difference of 25 bar between the first and second reg.
