FX Maverick - does yours eat the neck of your bottle?

Seems to me that is you are paying $1500 or more for a gun, you shouldn't have to align anything. Seems like they could get it lined up correctly from the factory.

Totally agree, but when humans will be Human when comes to assembly expect a small amount with slightly issues, that’s expected in all the stuff we buy cheap or expensive i seen them all.

Ernest, having been in the manufacturing industry I agree 100%. Thank you for acknowledging and sharing your reality. Quality control is hard work.

As new models in many areas, apparently the actual Mavericks are lemons.

FX will adjust dectected defects in next to make Mavericks.

Is always better to not be the first one in buying a new model of anything.

I respectfully disagree. I would consider myself a model "early adopter", which comprises approximately 13.5% of a products consumer cycle, and relish in the new innovations that are produced. I, as a part of this small group, will give a fair and objective view about how the product/design works for me alone. Manufactures need this kind of input from exactly this kind of consumer. "Not being the first" is OK for you and that is fine, we "Early Adopters" will make sure you eventually get the product of your dreams.

We all win.

This thread speaks to this point.

I love my Maverick.
