FX Maverick power

Hello guys
All my guns are European brands Edgun / Cricket - these I know enough info about.. I like to shoot with power

I am new to FX world. Trying to do some shortcut - picking your brain/experience

Just gut myself Maverick Sniper .25 (knowing that M3 is slightly more power out of box)

Can anyone tell me what is the max power/speed Maverick could be toned with? 25/30 cal ? Can it be adjusted to move -for example - 38 grain slugs over 900 fps in 25 cal?

MP,
This post, If I was to guess, will "float your boat"...Let us know.

If I can get my .30 cal maverick pushing 68 grains slugs over 970 FPS I'm sure the .25 can send them with the quickness.

Yes - I am reading your modifications - Will try to follow it. Are you getting good accuracy with it?
Right now just been shooting in my backyard at 30-35 yards. Have shot some 1/4" groups or so. Right now I'm not too worried about perfect groups. Going for absolute max power to find the ceiling, then I will tune down as needed for each slug I choose.

I will wait then - you are already doing it.. Hopefully it will work out. I did some research on the maverick before buying it - but not enough. I do need more power so if I have spent more time - I would go with M3. Would be much easier :)
Lets see what you will come up with. Let me know please. I already have the slugs kit with heavy liner (came with the rifle)

Hi there,
What mods did you do to make it happened. These are perfect results!! What about accuracy?
Slug power kit, Tungsten hammer weight. You need the superior heavy liner for the 44 grain. Excellent results at 50 at 1/2 inch. Have yet to go to the 100 yard range with it. You can go to 180/150 with the regs and probably get close to 90 foot pounds with it, but it was so consistent, I didn't want to mess up the tune.

With my .30 Sniper I can easily get 105fpe with 54.5 slugs with a 14gr hammer, stock spring and transfer port and rear reg at 150bar. It can easily go higher I just was never looking for more than 100fpe.
If you used a pin probe with dual transfer port, tungsten hammer with power spring, and more reg pressure I think you could easily get the advertised FPE out of the .30. (116fpe). As you can see by other posts it will go even higher than that.
