FX No Limit Rings

If you're going to do light work/use of your rifle, sure. Otherwise I would go for these Monstrum rings.

They are solid rings, just like everything FX 
. If you need to compensate for the drop when the scope's elevation adjustment hits its limit, they are definitely the best option out there. I think lots of folks here use them on their rifles. My buddy and me both have had breakage issues using the FX No-Limit rings. They both broke in the same spot, one of the screws that hold it to the rail. Made from metal that hasn't got much strength in my view.
Not gonna buy any more and switched to either Eagle Vision or SportsMatch, which can do the same adjustments. Then there is also Burris XTR rings, which have 'plastic' parabolic bushings inside that can be used not only for height, but side adjustment as well (which I don't sue side adjustment, there is something wrong there).
I have also used the Eagle Vision single mount with adjustable rings, which is very solid.

Thank you for the info @Revoman, didn't know about Eagle Vision or SportsMatch, I'll look into these options for sure. I only have one set of FX no-limits so far, did not have any issues with them. Did the screw itself broke off? Of the rail clamp / threads stripped? Can the screw be replaced, or the rings are done for good? I can't find in specs if FX ones if they are made of 6061 or 7075 aluminum...

The FX are fine, simple, easy to use, i have not had any porblems with them so far.
I did have a small problem with the Eagle Visions when i went to loosen the mounts..If you unscrew the retension screw too much , and it is not at it's lowesr level, it hits the metal of the adjustment rail ..They did a weird thing in their design where the screw only fully passes through at the bottom..the rest has been narrowed along with the middle of the screws shaft. Nearly wrecked the mounts til i understood what was happening.
I have not tried the West Hunter adjustable rings, but they are less expensive and do have a fan base
IMO, The best are the Sportsmatch..they have better adjustments and are better built.

West Hunter adjustable rings have horizontal "ribs" (or notches) on the internal surface of the two moving parts between the base and the ring that allow height adjustment. This means that adjustments can only be made in discrete steps (around 1mm steps), and you must change the height of both rings at the same time to avoid cant and stressing out the scope tube. I.e. they do not allow you to change the angle of the ring vs the base like FX no-limits. They work very well for adjusting the overall height of a scope, but they would not work well when you need to change the angle of the scope vs base to compensate for the drop.

To add to my recommendation of the monstrum rings they also have a locking grub screw. I used to use the FX no limit rings and I would have to adjust the cant every so often. I grab my guns by the scope most of the time. And these monstrum rings have not loosened up at all.

Nope, the entire bottom portion on one screw/side blew completely out, rendering the ring useless (screw was fine). It blew out where the rail meets the ring, cracked all the way up to the ring base (mine and my friends).
I kept it for a long time in case someone needed a picture, but threw it away earlier this year.

I use them on my Dreamline with a 30mm scope and they work just fine.
Follow the manufacturer torque values for the base and ring bolts.

I'm not ruling out a bad batch but blowing out the bottom by cracking from the screw to the ring using torque values was our experience with two sets of rings around the same time frame.

I personally was not convinced after using them for a bit. Went with a few others. Accu-Tac were nice, but way too pricey. Westhunter are decent, and come in various colors, I settled on Eaglevision adjustable myself as best all around quality for it's price. Comes with non marring tape grip as well.

Had problems with FX no limits and Eagle vision.
Best so far are Sportsmatch adjustable rings. I've had probably 8 pairs of Sportsmatch regular rings over the years with no problems.
Seems they have the best heat treatment in their screws which has been a problem with other companies.

Hi There, I got three sets of FX No Limits mounts and they have been almost OK.
They have to be tightened very hard for the scope to stay in the position of the angle.
I read about many that have broken their mounts - probably because they have to be tightened very close to the "limit"
So the last three sets of choice have been Vector adjustable mounts.
They are sturdier and stay in the set 20 MOA position without the need of tightening so hard.
Here in Europe they are also just half the price of FX no limits so i will not buy another FX No Limits mount again.
I bet you will also will like the Vector mounts more when you compare:
