Sorry if this has been discussed before I couldn’t find anything. So I just got a new Panther 700mm .22 and I’m wanting to upgrade the bottom rail. I am stuck between the Kraford & Lypt PR5 and the AirMarksman Undertaker Rail. I am curious if anyone has real world experience with both rails or if anyone has made a video comparing them.

I don’t think you can go wrong with either. Airshootist and zer0dev are 1-2 in the NRL22 rankings and each uses one of them. Reach out and ask them. Nice guys.

I have both. They both have great qualities.
Both are made in the USA, both fabricated to very high standards, both finished exquisitely, and both are very stiff. You can plop the rifle down on a bag/barricade and neither will flex or touch the barrel.
The PR5 rail is narrower and has a more beveled / softer barricade stop. If you like gripping the rail while shooting offhand this may appeal to you. In order to balance the rifle you’ll need 4 of their Fat Bastard weights (or less if you run a bipod out front). The weights are mounted on the outside of the rail.
The Undertaker rail is more expensive but delivers some extra features. The barricade stop is perfect, the rail is wider and taller. In order to balance the rifle you’ll need 4 AirMarksman weights (or less if you run a bipod out front). The weights are mounted internally which is a really nice touch. Another notable feature is that the Arca rail is incorporated into the trigger guard which makes a perfect tripod mount. And if like a nice flat pad for offhand shooting this will appeal to you.
