Finally got my new FX Panthera Hunter Compact. My objective was to have compact and light weight rifle that I could fit in my pack to hike in to rugged terrain and hunt. Just weighing in a little over 6 lbs stock, I decided to get a folding stock adapter and add a carbon fiber stock to shed some weight. The final result ended up at slightly over 7 lbs which is very manageable. I did notice it’s a little loud and I will be getting a moderator to help quiet it down.

Great compact package! You'll enjoy it. I have the .25 version with 2 bottles and a DFL Yokozuna that quiets it down a lot. And I get to use it on other .25 guns that I have bought the adapter for. I've put a STO Falx on it and it also works quite well. The targets don't hear either at 20 yards or more...

I’ve been looking at the DonnyFL Ryu moderator. I really like the idea of the quick disconnect.

I'm fine where it is at. The shop I got it from tuned it for me and its shooting just above 900 fps for the pellets I'm shooting and its very accurate.

I'm liking mine more and more. Would love it in .177 though but the impact or daystate will work once I decide on another platform.

What moderator do you have on it?
My first PCP was the Panthera 500 and sold it to get the comapact and I am liking it even more.

Its a Smoke Composites carbon fiber stock, it weighs just above 5 oz. So far it feel a lot more better since I used to have a Panthera 500 and it felt quite heavy with the rail.

I am thinking of getting the DonnyFL Yokozuna but I haven't made my decision final. I like the idea of the quick disconnect and the ability of adding/removing muffles as needed.

I bought a DFL Fat boy and love it. I'm planning on a FX Wildcat M3 soon and that's what it's for. I have tried it on my Impact and works quite well. Comes with 3 caliber adapters 177, 22 and 30 cal.

I have a DFL Yokozuna on my PHC .25 and it is great. I can share it on other .25s that I have. So far the squirrels at 21 yards cannnot hear it!

This seems a great PCP, im looking into getting my first one, does anyone know if this can be modded to shoot arrows -bolts like the FX Impact m3 ?
