Hey guys, here is a video describing how the tuning on the FX Panthera works...and thanks AGN members for the help with understanding this gun! Thanks for watching! -Nate

Do you truly understand the tuning of the panther? Or did you rush to make a video again? I’m being serious asking my question. Just 2 days ago you were at a complete loss on how to tune it, now you’re putting out a video to show others how to. I feel like you need some time behind this platform before being confident enough to show others how to do something you were totally confused by mere hours ago!
Just my 2 cents!

What is there to understand? I just explained it in simple terms. A forth grader could tune that thing. I don't see how it could be any easier.

Time behind the platform? Yo dude, I'm NOT on the FX roster. I don't do anything unless I'm getting paid...this video was a gift from me to PY Air because we're best friends.

I don't shoot airguns for fun. So on the weekends the last thing I'll be doing is free promotions for FX. They can barely make enough guns as it is.

That’s all I need to know. The way I see it, you have no place making a “tuning guide” for panthera owners, when you can’t even put the time into the gun to learn it yourself. If you’re not shooting airguns for fun, find something to make videos you find fun about.

You don’t need to be paid by FX or ANY of the airgun manufacturers to provide EDUCATED content. You just need to like shooting airguns. I’ve spent a LOT of time behind the platforms I own, and I have zero issues giving advice and help to others for free. If you don’t know what you’re doing, don’t make a video about it! Simple!

Referring to your “a fourth grader can do it” comment. It took you begging for help on here before you fixed the mess you made of yours, so that statement is invalid. You need advice and help from experienced owners like @weevil you referred to in your video multiple times. I think he would find offense in being compared to a fourth grader.

1) AGN is here for the advancement of the hobby. I am allowed to use it.

2) You don't have to "qualify" to make YT videos

3) it too late. Manufacturers only carry about view counts. I have over 17 million with about 400k each month. You all are stuck with me.

4) no one can have a YT channel for free, Gun content is BANNED on YT. All your favorite channels are paid cash....I'm the only one who doesn't mind admitting it.

5) I get this reaction when I learn about FX stuff on AGN. I was spoon fed info for the M3 tuning vid and it got 500k views. Good times!

6) on the Panthera: some dumb guys just need to learn that the big wheel means nothing and then they can understand the rest. I speak both dumb and smart languages. That is why I am sort of a liaison between the dumb people and the smart people. I am both dumb and smart.

Actually, to be serious for a second: Do you feel I did a disservice because I made it seem too simple? So now guys will go buy the gun thinking they will be able to tune it very easily and then they will be disappointed?

Give me whatever criticism you want. I promise not to get weird. Yes the truth is I made that video to get views and that's about all I cared about. But I also did my best to explain it in an honest way. For instance I said that I spent the whole first day getting nowhere.

You’re absolutely right, you don’t have to “qualify” to make YouTube vids. Sometimes I’m naive and forget that some airgun folk like yourself are ok with steering fellow airgunners in the wrong direction. Similar to your taipan video where you filled it to 300bar,and NEVER fixed that video after many on here told you how dangerous that was. You’re bad for our community, and bad for new people in this sport that want to learn by watching what they believe are expert airgun videos. You should try putting disclaimers in your titles explaining that you’re not actually an airgun tuner, or even know what you’re doing, and point them to our forum as the “correct” place to learn how to safely and properly tune and care for their pcp’s.

Wow, I never claimed to be a tuner or anything else. If you think I am one because I'm on TV that's your assumption. How did I stear FX customers wrong in this video? I don't understand what's wrong about what I explained?

You seem hung up that I'm not qualified for whatever you say I'm doing. And that I'm deceiving young people with their hard-earned money. I believe I actually corrected the 250 bar thing in that same video that I filled it to 300 bar. So aside from making one error out of however many videos.... 250? Is there some other reason I should stop making videos? Or is it just that you don't like me?

this is how you deal with your “I’m ok with whatever criticism you give me” bullpoop huh?

Try saying that to my face if you don't like my email. -Nate

Whenever you’re in CT. Give me a shout. I’ll gladly meet with you and say whatever I say here directly to you. I’m no keyboard warrior. I’m here to help my community, not make a buck off them.

Oh right, by your message to me, I guess you didnt realize I AM in the USA.
Good. Look man, I did this crap free for 5 years. I was going to have to quit and then people started paying me to keep going. So I helped the community for 5 years on my own dime and time. I don't like being accused of trying to make a buck off people.... and I know that 300 bar thing got handled.

I like to joke about getting paid now, but I'm not throwing anyone under the bus to make a buck. I'm the most honest dude you will ever meet.

And so far, the most derogatory. This may be the first time I’ve been treated badly as an immigrant. See, most people dont realize im an immigrant when they meet me, so I’ve never been exposed to that kind of bigotry. I guess there’s a first for everything. Thanks for being my first Nate!

About tuning the Panthera. Either it works like they say or it does, or it does not. FX says that you just set the stuff and it adjusts to what you want. If they're not telling us that you need an engineering degree to operate the thing, then that's on FX, not me.

So you guys are all telling us that the Panthera is adjustable to suit ANY shooter. So I'm this jerk over here who just paid $1900. And I adjusted it to shoot 920 feet per second. I took a week to ask you guys how to do it. I also asked FX....
..... No one wanted to let me into the secret society. So if you're saying that what I showed was a lie. I'm not the liar. There's 4 fingers pointing back at you and FX.

...and still no one is offering an explanation of the proper way tune this gun. AGN doesn't know and FX doesn't want to tell me.

I guess in 3 years when AEAC gets around to explaining it, all us dumb guys can finally get a Panthera!

You guys explained it to me, I repeated it, now I'm wrong? Who was wrong first? FX, then AGN, then me? You guys are screwing over my channel...seriously....

No problem.

No one let you in because you shoot the gun for like 50 shots and then make up your review why even bother you said it yourself you don't shoot for a hobby just want money then when you can't figure it out you come crawling on how to tune the gun great reviews you don't get to know any of the guns you review so how can you even give an opinion

I review the out of the Box airguns, I'm not into coaxing accuracy out of a gun that doesn't come that way. I'm not a freaking scientist. The guns on my channel do fine right out of the Box. No need to make love to them, I only need a few shots to see what they are all about. Sorry, that's my format. No one on earth can bring you about every gun that comes out. Show me someone who does that? Ha, ha, I'm the only one.

Guns get one shot on my channel. You get like 30 minutes to shoot your groups, out of the Box. If any tuning takes place it's just to get the ammo to 890 fps. I'm not going to adjust 5 different valves to tune a gun. I already noticed the opposite sex....so stuff like that is out of the question for me.

I think there is no secret society. You guys want to think it's rocket science, but in reality it's just as simple as I made it sound. So getting your Panthera to shoot straight does not make you smart. Sorry about that. I'm the dumbest guy here and I got mine shooting lights out.
