Also there is people who have machines their own barrels out of solid steel stock..which is alot nicer than have a "2 piece barrel" as i call it. Some people permemtently fix their shroud to the barrel as well

ah got it.
slugs are an expensive dead end road lol
never heard of people permanently attaching the shroud to the barrel.
but have heard of permanently attaching a carbon sleeve to the liner.
i sleeved mine but did not use epoxy as it fit very very tight.
