Do FX dealers ever have the gun on sale or are they always the same $$ till a newer model comes out? I want a streamline. But the holidays are coming. Figured they could be on special soon.

I've been purchasing PCPs for about 3 1/2 years now. My first purchase of the FX brand was the FX Royale 500 .25 caliber, followed shortly thereafter by the FX Boss a few months later. AoA has reduced the price of those 2 rifles $200-$300 over that period -- actually within a year after my purchases. Same for the Daystate Wolverine model. The Daystate Regal XL remains about $1100 for the unregulated model.

I noticed this price reduction in the rifles once my interest evolved to the bullpups -- namely the FX Wildcat. and the Impact. 

In summary, I think you are correct, as newer, more improved(?) products are marketed the prices on older items drop.

It appears the new Dreamline will be supplanting the Streamline's niche in the FX lineup I hope I'm wrong but have heard rumors the Streamline's days are numbered.

I'm told you can get really good deals on used items from the classifieds on this forum.

I'm looking for a streamline .22. 
I'd be happy if they release the dreamline too. its based on the streamline from what i see anyway.

Keep an eye on the classifieds. You may find a good deal on a used rifle in very good condition.

From a conversation with the repair department at FX-USA the Streamline will be discontinued sometime after the Dreamline is released.

If and when the DL is released. Always big hype and a big delay in delivery. I wonder if they use the time to dump inventory?
