Fx pump lubrication

Hi. I have a Fx 4stage handpump and it's needing some lubrication on the tube (visible part when the pump is extended).
What do you guys use? The manual says standard multipurpose grease but i'm a little woried about petroleum derivates. Maybe a thin layer of liquid silicone?

I think that price off 99 is in Swedish Kroner so it's only $14USD plus shipping. That is assuming they would be willing to ship it, and that I don't know about.
