i understand that this is a royale reg. 
the messurements on my regulator slots or groves that hold the orings are the same so shouldnt the o rings be the same size?
they are numbers 39 & 41

Do you have the size for wildcat, reg adaptor? there are 2 and they go on adaptor and fit inside air tube.

Wildcat is same as Royal.
Outer o-rings are 11.6x2.4mm nbr70
