FX repair center N. Carolina

Still waiting for a reply/ response after calling for repairs to my Impact. Kind of getting the feeling that if they stall long enough, my warranty will have expired. For such an expensive product line, one would think that the customer service would be better."

Call them back until you get Jessica to answer. She is very helpful, courteous and professional.

Timely repairs?

Now that's a whole other matter. I'm still waiting on them to get parts I ordered 10 days ago.

My Streamline malfunctioned in the first 2 weeks and after AOA told me it was an FX USA problem, I sent them an email along with the invoice and details. Newman Buck from FX replied that they will send me a return label. I waited, called them several times but never received a call back or a label. In frustration, I repackaged the gun with all accessories and shipped it back to AOA at my own cost of over $100.00 using UPS (insurance included). I never got reimbursed for my shipping, but I was credited for what was sent back. I hope that FX treat us with a lot more respect or their business will take a downward plunge as I am reading on this forum by other owners of FX Airguns.

I also have been waiting for a shipping label since last Friday . They did call me today saying they would get right on it . Still no label , I’m going Huma reg and doing it myself but yes it is kinda disheartening as this is my first high end gun and the reg was mamas malfunctioning out of the box . Also if aoa had test fired it more than 5x they would have caught it 🤬. Life continues but that’s been my FX Streamline experience with AOA so far
