FX FX REVOLUTION DISASSEMBLY PROCESS - THE ONLY GUIDE ONLINE

I haven’t seen NOT ONE disassembly for it.

Bought a Revolution that wouldn’t cycle…so I figured I’d pull up the schematic and figure it out.

These are some pics I took along the way.

Fixed the thing btw 😎

If anyone needs a step by step guide…I can help. DM me.

Nice! I've been so frustrated about the lack of info available and the completely absent support from FX. I got mine from Airguns of Arizona. I was surprised to find out that they don't represent FX anymore and the new reps, Airguns of Utah have never heard of the Revolution. There are some great detailed teardown videos of all the other Airguns FX was making when they released the REVO, but nothing for it or the MONSOON.

I've got an idea for a 3d printed hand guard that has some hardware molded into it to accept an M lock or Picatinny rail so I can securely mount a bipod and sling swivel. I think it's ridiculous to have such a nice rifle yet only those two tiny little 3/8 in dovetail rails to mount any furniture to it. I don't know what the current hand guards made out of but it feels too squishy to be inserting some rivnuts, plus I don't want to wreck it since they're not making it anymore

I got one from AOA too back then when the Rev first came out and it's part of the reason, along with the 1st gen Impact years later, that I stopped buying FX. Both were infuriating in each it's own ways.

Finally, after the 3rd time back to AOA, due to seemingly unfixable problems, I traded in the Rev on a Royale which has been a good rifle.

I'm glad others are more patient and mechanically inclined than I am!
