FX Royale Leaked Out Of Barrel

I shot my Royale for the first time this year and got about three shots in, and all at once the gun lost all the air out the barrel. I pulled it apart and found nothing definitive. My thought was somewhere in the valve or seat was the trouble spot. I changed the tiny valve o-ring and still the same leak. I did not have the seat o-ring (apparently it did not come in my kit). I will order some tonight. I am able to blow regular compressed 120psi air through the fill port and just goes out the barrel. This happens cocked or uncocked. One time I was able to get it to take air after many disassembles. After one shot it leaked back out the barrel. I've disassembled everything short of the inside of the regulator. If anyone has an idea let me know.
 
you need the proper HP metal valve seat oring, I fix many leak just replacing that. 

let say the HP oring isnt leaking,

1.you need to look closely at the delrine seat, its press on and a brass bushing press behind the seat--look if it's loose or back out.
2. remove the 1X2mm oring from the end of valve rod--reinstall the valve back in now cycle the rod in and out--it most move freely with no binding. have seen the end hole having indent by the hammer slamming on the hole making it off round---having vary low reg pressure will cause this to happen.
3. make sure the valve rod isn't bent

4. to troubleshoot for poor sealing with the metal seat to delrine---while filling use a small pin large enough to stick in the valve cap the pin will rest on the end of the valve rod now force the valve to shut for about 15 seconds if pressure increase slightly or take a charge, repeat this step again if same results you need a new valve rod and metal seat, if you have a macro lathe you can lap the 2 seat together.

I ordered a valve and seat with o-rings today from AOA. I hope that will do it. They thought it sounded like it was shot with little pressure and boogered the valve or block. My bottle has never been low but it did sit without being shot for 6 months. The valve looks like it moves freely. Looking with a magnify glass, the valve seat o-ring may be slightly mashed on the edge. Either way spare parts are a good thing. I will update. I hate problems without the fix being updated.

4.3X1.5 oring is what the valve seat says in the drawing. This size is not correct and is just different. Is the FAC guns valve and seat different? I also see you state 1x2 on the valve the drawing says 1X1.5. I can only find the parts diagram for the non regulated gun.

Okay I found the issue..... It was the valve seat. Notice the flange that was broken off and left inside the bore. It is back in service now shooting normally. I was able to get a valve and seat from AOA. I also bought an o'ring kit. Here is one issue for others buying a seal kit. The o'ring kit does not have the proper o'ring for the seat. The seat does have one pre-installed. The picture that FX has on their site does not have a regulator or adjuster wheel. My guess is the high power gun is different in the valve area. The picture above shows the correct size. 8MM outer, 6MM inner 1MMCS aka 6MM X 1MM NBR70. The picture references D19 4.3 X 1.5 NBR70. You can get the correct o'rings at O'rings and More.
