Scott, I remember seeing an Ernest Rowe video on Royale magazine maintenance. I'll see if I can find it & post the link.
OK, this is for Impact mag maintenance but WAAAAAY back when they had similar rotary mags. Directions should be the same as Royale mags. Remember to HOLD COVER DOWN (clear plastic side) when removing screw because of the spring underneath! Lift that cover plate slowly after removing screw. Take note of which end of spring is facing up & you should have no problem reassembling.
