FX FX Royale total disassembly

It's a long story but after 8 or so years of enjoying this gun I had an incident. I had won a gun case in raffle around 4 years ago and left the gun in a case for a few months (done this before with other guns and other cases never having a problem previously because I live in AZ). That case attracts moisture(as I found out the hard way) which pretty much ruined the gun by excessive rusting of the barrel, etc. I cleaned it up the best I could, left it in a corner, and went on with life. Months later the next time I grabbed the gun to shoot it the air had leaked out.
In a way I don't like working on guns because I tend to..........but I don't want to pay for a pro to do it this time because I way over paid for it to begin with and the gun is in poor shape anyway.

Last winter I decided I'd try my first rebuild. This gun is a good candidate to learn on because it's just a old beater now. I ordered a O-ring kit and rebuilt/replaced all or most of the 0-rings in my old FX Royale, that thanks to Earnest's videos but it still leaked so I put the project on hold again until a few weeks ago.
I bought a new Huma Reg recently and installed it. Yesterday I raised the Reg from 125bar to 140 and have the 22 cal 18's going 888 fps now vs the 864 it was when originally set from Huma at 125. The weather has been cold and windy so very little testing was done but the rifle appears to shoot decently.

Then yesterday I noticed that rust dust is coming out of the hole in the side of the receiver, lol! Not good

So I'm thinking I better do a complete take down of the trigger assembly, and well the whole darn thing actually at this point, to clean and lube as best I can.
Do you guys know of any videos on how to do this? I hope it's not one of those things where a jig/s are needed to reassemble it all. I'm worried that I'll start drifting pins out and I'll never get everything back in correctly again.

Two youtube videos from members here on AGN. The first shows how to change calibers, and shows disassembly of the barrel, probe, cocking lever, and hammer/spring. The second deals with pulling and servicing the reg. There really isn't too much more on these guns. You may want to pull the valve and seat out, not sure of any videos for that. Ernest has videos on trigger adjustment as well.

A few times in the past, with other guns, I've had a pile of parts on the bench that I couldn't figure out how to get back into the gun because they fell out not knowing how they were oriented originally.

Same thing above happened also but it literally needed a jig to get back together so I had to ship it off, or if lucky, at minimum, took two people/four hands to get things back together again.

Then at other times it could take hours and hours deducing how I went wrong as well as hours of trial and error, that is if I didn't damage or lose a part or parts.

For example the Delrin washer between the fill valve and the part it screws into. I didn't see it fall out so no idea where it went???

Yes I'm paranoid, lol. I think I've been emotionally tortured trying to mod or fix guns, is why, LOL. OH crap here I am again, why can't I leave well enough alone, lol!

I'll say this, I'm better at this stuff than when I was younger and have learned the hard way about a lot of things!!! Pain is a good teacher.
