Thanks guys. I really had a blast at the range this weekend. I was worried my gun wouldn’t perform because I let a friend use the rifle and I stepped away for a second I hear him call me over and say man it won’t load... took it apart he loaded 3 in there and bind up the mag. In the process of removing the mag the bolt probe got bent badly. I went home took it all apart and bent the probe back as best I could, sanded the rough edges and made sure it wasn’t catching anything. It worked great in the backyard so I needed to do further testing. I do have a new probe on the way. I was really excited to see the gun perform at this level.

Great shooting! I'd think twice before ever letting this 'friend' touch any of my rifles again.

He already got an earful and offered to machine some parts for me! I wont let anyone touch this gun again unless its using the Single Shot tray and im watching lol

DO let you friend relieve his conscience and mahine some nice airgun bit's, it's the least you can do.
It does amaze me how often you can hand an airgun to someone after them watching you and you showing the EXACTLY how to operate it correctly, 1-2 finers on the cocking bolt/handle ... ... . Then suddenly their instincts kick in and they cycle it likes it's a 303 enfield that sat in salt water form years or such. Maybe suggest to your friend something really tough ;like a bolt action marauder as you know he will be needing a pre-charged rig.

John, It is Markham Park Target Range(100yd)...when I was at the range I had him on the marauder all day but that gun wouldn't shoot groups at 100yd like my SL25. He saw the groups and asked if he can try, I told him repeatedly how to work the gun but at least he didnt try to pull the trigger after the multi-load. He is already sending me CAD blueprints and printouts of the items we are working on. I told him he should buy my marauder to use in his backyard and get some good practice in. After further inspection of what happened I cam to the conclusion that the magazine was causing it to hang up. For the life of me I cannot get the bolt to get stuck using my single shot tray but with the magazine I can make it happen.
